"Entrepreneurship", the dictionary of the Royal Spanish Academy, is the action and effect of entrepreneurship. That is, undertake a work, new ideas, processes, projects, products, services also from within organizations (intrapreneurship) whatever they may be. In this way, the entrepreneur is a person who conducts a business idea emerged after detecting a need in the environment or after a work experience or prior knowledge, that can complicate your life assuming economic risks to carry out your project , which gives them a competitive advantage, hoping that all this will bring benefits.
