Currently, the exponential evolution of technological advances in work environments is generating continuous disruption and paradigm shifts. Technology has taken on a transformational role and digitization is impacting processes, strategy and organizational culture. Due to this new context, there is a need to understand the factors that shape the adoption and use of Information Technologies (ITs) during the interaction between users and digital systems.
