Climate change is currently one of society's greatest concerns, which is serving to mobilise consciences and align countries, regions, cities and companies, for which ambitious targets have been set to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. In recent years, in Spain, the level of emissions has been reduced in an unprecedented way, registering, for the first time, values lower than those of 1990. This reduction, led by technological changes in electricity generation, has made emissions from the transport sector more relevant, being the sector with the highest emissions (27%), making it a priority to redesign mobility to make it more sustainable and environmentally friendly.
