Strong scientific evidence analyzed by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) confirmed that one of the most important global issues facing our society is to slow the progressive global warming caused by human activity.
On the one hand, the world population increased from 3,685,000 in 1970 to 7,347,000 in 2015 (of which 1,371 live in China and 1,311 in India); on the other, the world energy consumption, based mainly on fossil fuels has increased to an average of 2% annually over the last three centuries.
