Organizations typically set their business strategy depending on the mission, vision and policies defined by the top management, where there is also a clear influence of the various stakeholders, both internal and external to the limits of the organization. The strategic goals can guide in the identification and development of business opportunities, whose realization is normally performed through the projects, including factors inherent in the direction and management of projects in the search of the "success" in its implementation.
