RESUMEN

Las reuniones de trabajo son un instrumento cada vez más usado en las empresas, que emplean en ellas entre el 7% y el 15% de las horas-hombre disponibles. Especialmente, son instrumento básico de la actividad de los altos ejecutivos. Su efectividad puede mejorarse notablemente mediante la aplicación de unas cuantas reglas, que pueden resumirse en tres puntos.
- Las reuniones requieren una preparación previa a su convocatoria y a su celebración.
- Las reuniones deben conducirse durante su desarrollo.
- Debe perseguirse el cumplimiento de las acciones resultantes de la reunión.

ABSTRACT

The working meetings are an instrument more and more used in the Companies, which spent in them between 7% and 15% of the available man-.hours. Specially, the working meetings are a basic instrument on the activity of the top executives of the Companies. The effectiveness of such meetings can be remarkably improved with the application of some rules, which can be summarized in three points:
- The working meetings require a preparation, prior to their call and realisation.
- The meetings must be led during their development.
- The actions/decisions resulting of the meeting must have a followon.
