The Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemical substances, REACH, is a new European Community Regulation related to protection of human health and environment. This new regulation establishes a better and earlier identification of the intrinsic properties of chemical substances through supply chain. This article shows the news provided by this Regulation, who applies to, as well as the application deadlines.
