RESUMEN
Hoy, más que nunca, es muy importante que las empresas, independientemente de su tamaño, estructura y sector de actividad, y no únicamente
las tecnológicas, respondan, o se anticipen, con rapidez y eficacia a las necesidades de un mercado en constante evolución y cambio; es decir,
sean innovadoras. Desde un punto de vista empresarial, la innovación es la creatividad aplicada a la generación de valor para los clientes y para la
empresa. Una empresa desarrolla su capacidad de innovación si estimula la participación de sus recursos humanos y les prepara para adquirir, en
el menor tiempo posible, competencias nuevas. Una forma eficaz de pilotar los proyectos de innovación es hacerlo trabajando en Equipos de Alto
Rendimiento.

ABSTRACT
Today more than ever is very important that companies, independent of their size, structure and activity sector, and not only the technological
ones, responds, or anticipates, quickly and with effectiveness to the needs of a market in constant evolution and change; that is, be innovators.
From a business point of view, the innovation is the creativity applied to the generation of value for the clients and the company. An organisation
develops its capacity of innovation if it can be able to stimulate the participation of its human resources and prepares them to acquire, as soon as possible, new competences.
An efficient form to manage the innovation projects is working in High Performance Teams.
