In a highly dynamic world of technological, economic, political, and social change in the environment, the production systems play a key role in the competitiveness of an organization. Maintain the perception of quality by the client before the changes in a dynamic environment involves meeting all of the phases it goes through its evolution. In this research raises the integration of the slender thinking in the management of the production system using a model that characterizes its dynamic by making use of Petri nets.
