The development of a certain technology is going to have consequences, which we must prevent. In the first place, it is necessary to set certain limits to technological advances and secondly, we need to reflect on certain problems that are likely to arise and try to solve it, since all types of subjects will be affected: manufacturers, engineers, programmers, owners, users ... The relevance of these issues is of such magnitude that these subjects are required to have legal training so that their actions are respectful of the law. It is necessary to reflect on these issues, because in some aspects we are still faced with legal gaps or limbs, and remain vigilant about the measures adopted by the national, European and international legislator.
It is important that manufacturers, programmers and engineers consider this series of problems, because not everything in technology is allowed and it is not respectful to create or manufacture all types of machinery.
