During the Marine Energy Week held in Bilbao, in the past month of April were two technical conferences: one with the nickname of Conference of the Offshore Wind Farm and another on Marine Energy itself, understood as a means of energy production based on the contained in the waters of the sea, limited in this act to the from the dynamic of such waters.
