ABSTRACTStress is increasingly common in today’s society, being associated in many cases with numerous somatic, psychological and behavioral pathologies, some of which increase low productivity in the workplace. This article presents a tutorial to develop a system for measuring both the conductivity and the temperature in a subject’s skin. This application has been developed by the Technological Institute of Castilla and Leon (ITCL) and consists of both software and hardware of our own design. The software will analyze and discriminate between different stressful situations and will be able to easure the level of acute stress on the subject. The experiment was conducted in a context of real analysis on a sample of students from the University of Burgos (UBU), under different stress conditions.
