The building is located near the old road from Villacastín to Vigo, very close to the right abutment of the bridge over the Arnoia river, in the San Isidro field. The construction dates back to the beginning of the 19th century, and appears registered in the industrial contribution of Allariz in 1839 as the property of Fernando Delgado, from the parish of San Esteban. The facilities would later become the property of the Nogueiras family, who would exploit them until their closure, well into the 1960s.
