El Programa de Salud Directiva del IESE se propone facilitar el diagnóstico y la ayuda necesarios para mantener en forma al directivo, mediante un chequeo sencillo, completo y útil, que permite conocer el estado de cada una de las competencias que un directivo debe desarrollar para desempeñar eficazmente su función. Como en el chequeo sanitario, el chequeo directivo diagnostica las variables críticas de la salud directiva con el objetivo de prevenir y mejorar. En este artículo, se analizan la necesidad y las ventajas de este programa.
IESE's Healthy Management Program is aimed at offering the necessary diagnostic bases assistance required in order to rnaintain healthy management. A useful, simple and yet complete checkup offers a method of verifying the status of each of the task areas on which a manager must perforen in order to fulfil his or her responsibilities effectively. Just as in a medical checkup, management checkup diagnoses the critical variables relating to management health with a viere to curing and preventing. In this article the authors analyze the necessity and advantages of this program.
