When asked if the law should ensure the economic viability of the biomass sector, we recognize that legislation in the context of biomass is key to their development. Critics of this opt for conventional technologies and rely on the most economical prices, with which they are able to generate electricity, as opposed to all renewable energy they need continuous injection of economic institutions.
