ABSTRACT
The current society demands even more that companies contribute actively with their surrounding environment. For that reason, the Companies that want to maintain their present and future competitive position should adapt their strategy and management approach to this new model of Management, which include economic, social and environmental aspects. In this context appears Izaite, whose mission is to constitute a forum of dialogue for the learning, the interchange of experiences and the impulse of Enterprise Sustainability, contributing to the excellence of the Basque organizations, to the progress of the Society and the Sustainable Development.
