RESUMEN
El Coeficiente Global Térmico de los edificios, Kg (Norma Básica de la edificación NBE-CT-79) dejó de aplicarse el 29 de setiembre de 2006 y en su lugar podrá utilizarse la opción simplificada del CTE (Código Técnico de la Edificación) siempre y cuando nuestro edificio cumpla que el porcentaje de huecos en cada fachada sea inferior al 60% de su superficie y que el porcentaje de lucernarios sea inferior al 5% de la superficie total de la cubierta. Proponemos un programa informático alternativo para dar cumplimiento a dicha opción.

ENERGY SAVING IN THE NEW CONSTRUCTION CODE

ABSTRACT
The Thermal Global Coefficient of the buildings, Kg (Basic Norm of the construction NBE-CT-79) finished their application on the 29 of September 2006 and in lieu, it may be used the simplified option of the CTE (Technical Code of the Construction) provided that our building fullfils the condition that the percentage of holes in each facade is inferior to 60% of its surface and that the skylights percentage is inferior to 5% of the total surface of the cover. We propose an alternative computer program to accomplish this option.
