There is no doubt that one of the functions that you must perform a good industrial company or from another species, is to have happy to their workers, not only in their work and pay for, but in the facilities granted for that without the loss of work, increase their culture, their health or simply his joy, factors that will contribute to improving the performance of such work and the relationships among the three elements of the production: capital, technical and labor.
