The hectic pace of everyday life of the human being has meant that for more time than you should, leave aside the basic principle of caring for the environment that surrounds us. Until recently, the human being has not been aware of the irreversible climate change that the planet is experiencing, which even being a paused process, its consequences are already visible. The constant alert of the scientists in relation to the alarming levels of contamination achieved, has made since the end of the twentieth century to encourage initiatives for the care of the planet Earth. Both on a global scale, as at European level and state, the signing of strategies and projects in the field of the environment has been increasing, making it possible to believe in a favorable change.
