Analyzing the special features of an electric system, energy efficiency is presented as a necessary and interesting solution to the consumer. The present study is focused on the techno-economical optimization in the selection of the best energy efficiency action. The main aim is to propose a new methodology of analysis and decision-making, with an easy example in lighting, which may be extrapolated to other applications.
